I love waking up early and getting stuff done. I'm a firm believer that what you do in the morning sets the tone for the rest of the day. Studies have shown that a healthy morning routine boosts happiness, increases productivity, and reduces stress levels. And I can certainly attest to that!

So today, I'm sharing my very own healthy morning routine to help you get on the right foot. I'm also excited to show you the tech that helps me stay on top and build healthy habits, the Polar Ignite 2

What is Polar Ignite 2?

The Polar Ignite 2 watch has all the things you need to crush your fitness goals. It has wrist-based heart monitoring, personal training guidance, sleep tracking, and integrated GPS. It even has music controls, push notifications, and a stunning ready-to-wear design - which I love! I got the Champagne band with a gold face. It's stylish, and it's easy to pair with any outfit. This fitness watch has completely elevated my morning routine. Read on to learn how!

What my healthy morning routine looks like

4:55 am | Drink a glass of water and get dressed

The first thing I do when I wake up is drink a glass of water. By doing this, I'm allowing my body to rehydrate and help increase my metabolism. I also like to put on my workout clothes and review my sleep and recovery insights from my Polar Ignite 2 watch.

5:05 am | Meditate for 10-15 minutes

I then practice meditation for about 10 minutes to clear my mind, build resilience, and improve focus. I also sometimes do a deep breathing exercise, and this is where my Polar watch comes in.

The fitness tracker has a Sereneβ„’ breathing feature that shows you how well your heart rate and breathing are in sync and how close you are to the optimal breathing rate.

5:15 am - 6:00 am | Get an early sweat session

Working out in the morning is super important to me. I have a full-time job and a side hustle, so my days can get long and tiring. Exercising early gives me the power to survive 8-10 hour shifts. And my Polar Ignite 2 makes it super easy to get an early sweat session with its FitSparkβ„’ feature.

It has strength, cardio, and supportive on-demand training sessions, which comes with exercise animation and step-by-step guidance. It's so neat - I love it!

6:00 - 6:40 am | Get ready while listening to a podcast

What you listen to in the morning has an impact on your day! Hearing stories about inspirational people who are achieving goals or overcoming challenges is motivating. I listen to The Tim Ferris, The Goal Digger, The Art of Paid Traffic, Social Media Examiner, and The Influencer Podcast. All of these shows have set my day off to a great start!

6:40 - 7:15 am | Eat breakfast and write or journal

I always try to start my day with a healthy breakfast. I often eat fruits, toasts, eggs, or oatmeal. If I'm running late, I drink protein shakes and pack a banana or an orange for the road.
