What happened after I started using CBD skincare products
My skin feels more beautiful and hydrated – To keep my skin feeling radiant and hydrated all day long, I've been using BOTA's Nourishing All-Day Body Lotion after showering. This all-day body lotion contains avocado oil + hemp-derived CBD, plus essential nutrients such as Vitamins A, C, D, and E that soothe the skin.
Since I've been washing my hands more often, I've also grown a little obsession with hand lotions. I've been applying BOTA's Age Defying Hand Lotion, which contains natural emollients and essential fatty acids. It also has plant-based ingredients, a non-greasy formula that absorbs quickly, and hemp extract.
To get a good night’s rest, I’ve also been applying a layer of BOTA's Ultra Rich Satin Body Creme. It contains Shea Butter and hemp-derived CBD. It's also much heavier and richer than the lotion. I love that it provides a barrier that helps keep my skin hydrated while I sleep. All three products contain less than 0.3% THC.
I've found another way to de-stress – I've also added BOTA's Nourishing Spearmint Tincture in my self-care routine, and it has been truly incredible. It makes me feel calmer and more relaxed, and it's super easy to use. I fill the dropper halfway and dispense. I then hold it under my tongue for 10-20 seconds before swallowing. I've tried other CBD tinctures before, and this is by far, my favorite. It tastes great, and I love the spearmint flavor. I use it when I'm feeling stressed and anxious. And no it doesn't make me "high." CBD doesn't have that effect.
My muscles feel relieved after an intense workout – I've never used a calming muscle melt cream before, so I was pretty excited about trying BOTA's Warming Muscle Melt Creme. It has warming Cinnamon Oil, hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD), and shea butter. I've been applying a small amount after my workout. I didn't feel instant relief, but it did relieve my sore muscles eventually.
