What to Pack For Your Summer Outdoor Adventures

This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Summer is finally here, and I'm sure many of you are itching for an adventurous season. But do you have all the essentials you need to make the most of your trip? Whether hiking, camping or checking off your travel bucket list, I've got your back!

Babbleboxx sent me a box of goodies that contained what every outdoor enthusiast should pack in their summer travel bag. You will also find some limited-time discounted codes for your purchases.

Hydration Powder Mixers – Lily of the Desert: EcoDrink Naturals

Drinking water throughout the day is vital for staying hydrated. When you're out exploring in the mountains, it's easy to forget about drinking ENOUGH water – and this can lead to health problems like fatigue, muscle cramps, and even heat exhaustion.

Be sure to pack Lily of the Desert's EcoDrink Naturals multivitamin powder packets. They contain 28 highly absorbable nutrients, including key electrolytes such as sodium and potassium. It has 100% DV of Vitamin A, C, D, E, B7, and B12. These nutrients work together to support your energy levels by helping you stay hydrated while also supporting a healthy metabolism.

Nutritious Bars – CORE Foods

Keep your gut healthy this summer! CORE Foods offers excellent on-the-go probiotic snacks. They contain ingredients like whole grains and prebiotic fiber to increase gut health, improve wellness, and boost your immunity. The box has 6 delicious flavors, and my favorite is the Dark Chocolate Cherry. So good! I'll be packing some of these for my hikes and flights this season.

Just remember, these CORE Bars should be stored in the refrigerator, or a cooler and are good for up to one week! You can find CORE Bars in the grocery store's refrigerated section, on  corefoods.com, or on Amazon. Use code SUMMER20 for 20% off.

Aloe Vera – Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Gelly

I absolutely love this multi-purpose product. In addition to helping with sunburns after trekking in the mountains or sunbathing at the beach, Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Gelly can be used as a daily moisturizer, skin soother, shaving gel, scalp soother, and even styling gel.

Made out of organically grown Aloe Vera, this stuff provides maximum hydration and hydrates a minimum of 3 epidermal layers. I like that I can take it along on all my trips because of the lightweight 4-ounce size.

Disposable Plates and Cups – SOLO

Summertime wouldn't be the same without outdoor picnics with loved ones! That's why I like to have SOLO paper plates and SOLO cups ready for those special mealtimes. Plus, this brand is all about food, family, friends, and fun. What's not to love?

The best part of these cute new SOLO cups is that they are made of 20% post-consumer recycled content, and they perfectly match the SOLO paper plates – which are made with 99% plant-based renewable resources, compostable, and recyclable. Need summer beverage inspirations? View what's on SOLO's list here.

Camping Slippers – Staheekum

There's no better feeling than taking your boots off after a long day of hiking and slipping into a pair of Staheekum. These super comfortable honey slippers have memory foam insole and are perfect to wear around camp, on road trips, or in a remote cabin.

Staheekum is a PNW brand with a focus on the outdoors and sustainability. A tree is planted for every pair of indoor/outdoor shoes sold on staheekum.com. Check out their slippers for men and women. Use BBOXX22 to get 10% off.

Road Trip Books – The Workout Bucket List

Want to stay in shape while traveling or begin your fitness journey while globetrotting? Grab a copy of The Workout Bucket List by Greg Presto! This book will inspire you to get up and get out, do some of the most challenging and ridiculously enjoyable workouts worldwide, and, more importantly, make exercising fun again!

You'll find motivating chapters that will guide you through Rocky Balboa's iconic moments in the streets of Philadelphia, stroll an 800-year-old path of meditation in a French cathedral and inspire you and a friend to strap on 100-pound suits of armor and remake a Game of Thrones fight scene. How awesome does that sound?!

I hope these travel essentials and comfy must-haves will make your summer trips more memorable. They did for me!
